Day 4 Workout,Legs and Core.Best Bodyweight Exercises.Inspired by Calisthenics & Gymnastics.



Day 4 of my bodyweight workout program.
Today i do Legs and Core Exercise variations.

Exercises in this video:
-Uphill running
-Half burpees
-Mountain climber variations
-Standing long jumps
-Plank variations
-Upstairs jumping
-Up to front lever
-Leg raising

No special equipment is required for this workout.
I inspired by Calisthenics & Gymnastics.

I highly recommend to warm up before the exercises.
