We like to keep it switch our routines up often, so we"re back in the Gym with a variation on our Arms Day.

EXERCISES PERFORMED:

Tricep Rope Extension: 4 Sets, 15-10 Rep Range
Hammer Curl Cable Rope: 4 Sets, 15-10 Rep Range

SUPERSET: French Press Incline Dumbbell, Incline Dumbbell Curls: 4 Sets, 10 Reps

Behind the Neck 2 Hand Dumbbell Extensions: 4 Sets, 12-8 Reps
Cable Reverse Curls: 4 Sets, 12-10 Reps
Tricep Kickbacks: 3 Sets, 15 Reps
One Arm Iso Dumbbell Preacher Curls: 3 Sets, 15 Reps
