Happy VLOGMAS! Day 18 is here!! I get lotsa questions asking about my ab routine… well guys… today was leg day AND all of the exercises in today’s video also target your abs! What a win-win!! Warm Up:
Glute Activation
Side Step Squats (banded): 2x15
Glue Bridges (banded): 2x20
Squats: 4x12
Deadlifts: 4x10
Superset:
Dumbbell Sumo Squats: 4x12
Single Leg Deadlift: 4x10 (each leg)
Burnout:
Weighted Glute Bridge: 3x20
