From Farm to Chef to Your Table: Ted with Brian Alberg, Chef at The Red Lion Inn



Equinox Farm is a 100% organic farm in the Berkshires growing salad greens and vegetables for top restaurants in the Berkshires, Boston and New York City. Equinox owner, Ted Dobson, just initiated a program inviting the great chefs he works with to provide recipes for the equinoxfarm.org website that showcase ingredients from Equinox. In this video, Chef Brian Albert from the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge visits Ted at Equinox and prepares dishes in his kitchen at The Red Lion. Recipes are found on the website.
