How to get a BIGGER BUTT | Easy at Home Butt Workouts
Make sure to always squeeze that booty during each rep! To turn these moves into a full workout, I like to do 10 reps (weights are optional) for each move, and then repeat the whole circuit 3 times.
Sorry for any ugly faces I made in this video. I did a full workout while recording this, and giiirrrrl I WAS DYING.
