You can do a resistance band arm work out from your car or anywhere really. Just half an hour through the day will be like a gym weights workout. Do 8- 10 of each exercise and about 3-4 sets of each. I am vlogging my own fitness journey. I don"t claim to be an expert but I"m working out with weights and bands 5 days a week and seeing a big difference in fat loss and toning. In my 20"s I was a black belt karate instructor. I"m finding my way back to fitness. Join me on my journey if it resonates :)
