I"ve been running for 2 1/2 years and I"d hoped it would help relieve Restless Leg syndrome. Not so much. Even running marathon distances doesn"t relieve the restless legs. Now, after runs, I get to be a freak show for the kids by showing them the "possessed leg muscles". Anyone else experience this? Anything to be concerned about? Even if I tense up the calf muscle (basically causing a cramp) the twitching doesn"t subside for hours.
