VEGAN CHINESE TAKEOUT FOOD: EGG FOO YONG RECIPE!!

1/2 cup beansprouts
2 stalks scallions cut into strips
1/4 cup cabbage, optional
300 grams silken tofu
1/4 cup chickpea flour
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
