“Extra” hung out with Julianne Hough and husband Brooks Laich as they worked out at the Propel Co:Labs Festival.
Hough recently ditched her blonde hair for a redder hue. She shared, “I was just feeling a change. Feeling different and wanting to express that outwardly.”
Of her look, Brooks gushed, “I think it"s sexy.”
