Sub 3 hour Marathon Training Ep 8: 2nd week of tapering



Date of run February 20th, 2018

Vlog on my sub 3 hour marathon training: my 2nd week of tapering. 11 days away from goal Marathon. Legs feel ok, but sluggish. Don’t feel fresh yet, hopefully by end of next week I am ready to run.
