10-Minute Organic Pumpkin Hummus Recipe

Love hummus? Then you’re in for a treat! Today I’m sharing my recipe for 10-minute organic pumpkin hummus! The perfect fall and holiday appetizer!

Here’s what you’ll need to make it:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons organic lemon juice
⅓ cup organic Israeli tahini
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
3 cups organic chickpeas
3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cups organic pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
1 pinch paprika
1 pinch garam masala
1/4 cup toasted organic pumpkin seed kernels

How to make this pumpkin hummus:

1. Pulse together all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Transfer hummus to a container with a lid and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
3. Use within one week or freeze up a year. Enjoy!
