At Home Ab Workout with Towels

Here is another workout video I made for you guys featuring a few core workout movements that you can do at home. All you need is two small towels, and a slick surface. I would really gear your workout towards the "burn" because that is when you know it will work. We all have different bodies and different postures, so it is important to know not every single movement will feel natural but if you feel that burn, you know it is working!

For sets and reps you can do 1 of 2 ways but regardless, make sure you are taking short rest periods in between the movements, it will add a little intensity to the workout and really give your heart and body a nice pump.

You can TIME yourself:
BEGINNERS: 30-60 Seconds Of Each Movement (or until fatigued)
ADVANCED: 1-2 Minutes of Each Movement (or until fatigued)

Or you can rep each movement in sets:
BEGINNERS: 2-4 sets of 10 for each movement
ADVANCED: 4-6 sets of 20 for each movement
