LEG DAY ft. Sione // Ego Free Session

Pumping the legs in this video featuring the form master, my mentor, @sionetopuipulu. I literally started a 7 day trial at my cousin"s gym to record this video lol.

Main focus of this video was to make it known to all you lifters that you DO NOT to lift heavy weight EVERY session. The aim of muscle hypertrophy is to stimulate the muscle fibres NOT annihilate the muscle fibres.

In our workouts we focus on both hypertrophy and strength i.e. 2 top sets where we go fairly heavy for 4-6 (maybe 7-8) reps, and then we drop the weight down for 2 backdown sets where we focus on more hypertrophic tension rather than strength (at least 10 reps)

But always remember, FORM FIRST, EGO LAST
