Workout:
1. Barbell hip thrusts - 4x8 reps (1 set @ 130kg/286lbs & 3 sets @ 140kg/308lbs)
2. Knee banded barbell hip thrust - 3x12 reps
3. Box squat - 4x10 reps
4. Cable pull through - 3x12 reps
5. Reverse hypers - 3x15 reps
Finisher:
1. 2x15 reps knee banded glute bridge
2. 2x20 second knee banded glute bridge ISO hold with abductions
3. 1x30+ frog pumps
