THOR ARM WORKOUT: TRY THIS!



Hey everyone, I have been gone for too long!

I want to change my channel to be both educational and entertaining (Hopefully)

Workout:

A1) Pull ups
A2) Close grip floor press

B1) Barbell curls
B2) Kick Backs

C1) Hammer curls
C2) Over head Ext.

3 sets 12 reps 60 sec rest
