Best Football Gym Workouts BIGGER Legs!



I just wanted to make a video to improve your leg strength... So here ya go!! Please like/share/subscribe/comment! Make sure to do these exercises with the proper technique and to do them safely! At first do not worry about the weight just the technique.
Exercises Shown In Video:
Squats: 6 Sets of 10 Reps
Leg Curl: 3 Sets of 20 Reps
Leg Extensions: 3 Sets of 20 Reps
Lunges: 3 Sets of 20 Reps
Seated Leg Curl: 3 Sets of 20 Reps
Standing Calf Raises: 3 Sets of 20 Reps
Straight Calf Press: 3 Sets of 20 Reps
