Full Recipe: https://www.TheCherishedNest.com/homemade-baby-food-puree-pouches-smoothies/

How to make your own homemade puree baby food, kids family smoothies with reusable baby food pouches & Infantino squeeze station. This is an easy DIY organic and healthy recipe that will save money on a budget, time shopping and frustration figuring out healthy meals for your baby & growing kids. Make tons of pouches in under 30 minutes, freeze and store them for months for on the go meals.

RECIPE/DIRECTIONS:
1.) Cut/Wash/Prepare the following ingredients:
• Organic Strawberries
• Organic Apple
• Organic Mango
• Organic Blueberries

2.) Wash in distilled water

3.) Spray on homemade veggie & fruit wash, recipe here → https://youtu.be/Vx78WdBCjb8

4.) Cook fruit. Steaming or boiling with minimal water will keep the nutrition of the food intact. Try to avoid boiling. DO NOT microwave food, as this is very bad for baby and the nutritional content of the food.

5.) Throw lightly cooked fruit into blender.

6.) Throw in frozen fruit (I added more mango) to thicken the food faster and cool it faster. This can also be useful if you are doing a mix of fresh and frozen.

7.) Allow mix to cool if needed before pouring into the reusable baby food pouches.

8.) Use Infantino Fill Station to fill WeeSprouts Natures Little Squeeze Reusable Food Pouches.

9.) Throw in freezer and pull out when on the go.

TIP: I bring 1 out in the morning if I know I am going to use it soon, allowing it to thaw. Or you could run one under warm water if need immediately, or take one and place it in the fridge the night before. Also great to pack a frozen one on the go or in kids lunchbox. DO NOT refreeze or if the pouch has not been fully eaten. You can put it back in the fridge for a day or so, but remember this is fresh food with no preservatives, so best eaten soon after opening or thawing.

STORAGE INFO TIPS:
• Fridge: store up to 48 hours; Serve ready to eat
• Freezer: store up to 2 months; Serve by thawing in warm water
