Best Pilates Core & Total Body Workout | Yoga Dose



The Pilates Introductory routine is a great all around total body workout. It"s important to go slow and take time to learn to properly engage the core in all the exercises even if you"re athletic or advanced in Yoga or other disciplines. Even if you aren"t a beginner you"re going to get a great workout and get back to some of the fundamentals.
