The Sequel To Rich Piana"s 8 hour, 16 shake arm workout routine! Sean Thompson and Mike Diamonds attempt the 8 hour LEG Workout featuring *32 sets of Squats, *320 Reps. The workout is comprised of 16 mini workouts every half an hour for 8 hours straight! Workout number one is 4 sets of squats for 10 reps & 4 sets of leg extensions for 10 reps.
