Leg Workout



Leg Workout

Weight training equals a strong runner, so strengthen your legs with this workout.
I use weights and resistance bands with these exercises.

Do 3 sets of the following routine:
• 10 x lunges – right leg
• 10 x lunges – left leg
• 10 x deadlifts
• 10 x squats with shoulder combo (arms extended in front of you)
• 10 x rear leg raises – right leg (with or without resistance band)
• 10 x rear leg raises – left leg (with or without resistance band)
