Intense 5 Minute Dumbbell Ab Workout



Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell ab workout a try! You get a full abs workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a dumbbell! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is a dumbbell to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since it doesn"t need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each.
