How to FIX 1 LEG SHORTER than the other



Having one leg shorter than the other is fairly common. Most people have a dominant side and this causes overuse and muscle imbalances. These muscle imbalances influence the pelvis to rotate or tilt or get out of alignment to some degree. When this happens the leg just comes along for the ride and one leg usually becomes shorter in length because of the change in mechanics. The way to go about fixing this is by relieving tightness and stiffness from these muscles that are pulling the pelvis out of neutral. In the video I give the most common example and that is to just stretch your quads and hip flexors. Also check out:
