Never skip squats and leg day. A full aesthetic body must have amazing legs. This is a leg day training session that I underwent with a lot of focus on my hamstring after completing all 10 sets of squats. The only reason I did 10 sets of squats is because I"m on a structured training program. This week in my program all my compound movements (squats, deadlifts, bench, over head press) required me to do 10 sets with 3 reps.
