" Leg Day session training Legs and Glutes adding extra resistance for increased muscle activation. I honestly do not think I will train legs without these Kinetic Bands. My current training programs are consisting of light weights and high reps on each exercise and movement, between 15-20 reps and 4-6 sets. I am doing this to see how my body will strengthen and hold muscle compared to when i trained very heavy. I am excited to see the changes I make withing the coming weeks.
