How to make matcha green tea the traditional wat using a bamboo whisk (called a chasen) and a bamboo matcha scoop (called a chasaku)

Ingredients:

1-2grams of Kenko Matcha Green Tea Powder
75 mls (2.5 ounces) of hot water - not boilling
1 wide bowl or mug
Traditional matcha Bamboo whisk and Bamboo Scoop

Method:

Sift the Matcha tea in to the bowl
Pour in your hot water slowly to the matcha powder
Whisk vigorously in a W or M shape
There should be a layer of froth on top - pop any larger bubbles with your whisk

Drink and enjoy your matcha green tea.
