You"re going to be alternating reps of two exercises....barbell hack squats, done off the rack rails, and braced leg squats where you brace your lower legs against that same barbell to block the glutes and hams from contributing to the squat movement. This puts massive tension on the quads and works VERY well, especially if you don"t like leg extensions (which can put shearing force on the knees).
