Full workout:
1. Jump squat leg extensions - 4x8
2. Knee-banded wide stance glute bridge - 4x12
3. Squats - with a weight/band if you have one; - 5x12
4. Hip thrusts; with a weight/band if you have one - 3x20
5. Bulgarian split squat - 4x12 per leg
6. Side lunges; weighted if possible - 4x10 per leg
7. Frog pumps - 3x20+
8. Side lying hip raise - 2x as many as possible
