This workout for butt & thighs, uses super set technique to shape the thighs and lift the booty. By definition, a superset is a technique where you perform two exercises in a row with next to no rest in between. There are two ways to implement a superset – using two exercises for the same muscle group (as in this workout) or for the opposing muscle group.
