Alright. I have another WORKOUT for you. So, today, we’re going to be doing an in-home arm WORKOUT FOR WOMEN. Stay tuned. Hey, Livelies. Okay. So, in my program, Wildly Alive Weight Loss, my clients always express their desire to have nice and toned arms. I really like to create THE WORKOUT videos for them that have a lot of focus on the upper body because, as women, let’s be honest, we’re a lot weaker on the upper part of our body. We hold a lot of strength in our hips and our legs, just being women.
So, in today’s video, I’m going to give you an arm workout that you can do right here in your living room, excuse-free, and no dumbbells needed.

A huge part of having nice and toned arms is doing some form of cardio. That really helps shed THE FAT along with building some muscle, getting some tone in there.
So, as you may know, dancing is one of my favorite forms of cardio and it was absolutely Living Wildly Alive. So, I really hope you actually danced with me.
Obviously, I don’t have very much coordination, but I don’t care. I have no shame. So, this is just a great WORKOUT to fit in just about anywhere, right? It’s excuse-free. Either bookmark this page or flag this video as one of your favorites and when you feel like you don’t have very much time, and you just want to do something quick to get some nice burn in your arms, then do this video. I also created a PDF — it’s right below this video — so it can remind you of the exercises. If you don’t necessarily want to watch the video, you can print off the PDF, hang it on your refrigerator, put it in your office. You can easily do this in your office.
I’m just trying to show you that you don’t need a gym and you can really make time for exercise. Anything is better than nothing.

I know this is kind of off the topic of arms, and toning, and strengthening, but really it is on topic since we have to do some sort of cardio along with it to have those toned arms.
