I"m a Canadian expat, living in Seoul, South Korea, who has crafted an improved version of himself through exercise. I do powerlifting, some bodybuilding, intermittent fasting, steady state cardio and others in order to keep myself healthy and to reduce stress. I noticed that a lot of YouTube channels out there contain a lot of jargon or are targetting the absolute beginner or the advanced lifter. My hope is to create a channel that is simple and that can help that in-between group who have some experience in the gym but may need some help breaking away from routines that are not building strength in the way that I know is possible.
My focus is on functional strength and power over aesthetics. This is not a bodybuilding channel per se.
