Chef Demo - Fried Pepper Toast



Chef Nick Melvin of Venkman"s Restaurant in Atlanta gets us ready for the holiday parties with easy to make Fried Pepper Toast. Chef Melvin creates a humus from "Little Rock Caviar" from Doux South and spreads on toasted slices of fresh Baguette from H&F Bread Company. Next he sautés Tasso (pork) from Pine Street Market, Padron and Shishito Peppers from Greenola Farm, and mixes with thin sliced green and watermelon radishes from Burge Organic Farm. The "salad" is placed on the Baguette spread with hummus then topped with Feta cheese from Decimal Place Farm.
