Leg Workout - Pants Ripped Doing Squats!!



Short leg work out today. Pretty embarrassing that i ripped my pants just as someone walked in! I quickly went home and changed and begun my workout again haha.

I did:
4 sets of 100kg squats
4 sets of leg extensions
4 lets of leg curls
and some light cardio after the workout
