Chocolate Avocado Hemp Power Smoothie
Shakes made with fruit and more quality vegetarian protein powder, such as hemp, are becoming more and more popular in weight-loss cleanse programs. Athletes are also embracing hemp shakes as a way to refuel after intense workouts. We prefer these protein-packed smoothies as a quick, nutritious meal. This is one of our favorite recipes.
Ingredients:
1 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk
1 Scoop of (Chocolate) Organic Whole Greens & Hemp Pro-Series 70 protein powder
1 full Organic Banana
1 cup Organic Spinach
1/2 an Organic Avocado
3-4 ice cubes, to thicken
Directions:
Place ingredients into a good powerful blender until smooth and creamy. Thin with water or thicken with ice if desired. Enjoy!
