Chef Demo "Kids Healthy Eating Day Recipes" by Chef Thomas McKeown
Chef demo of healthy recipes for kids by Chef Thomas McKeown of The Grand Hyatt Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. Purple peppers, small tomatoes, zucchini or squash, okra, cucumber and seasonal salad greens go into this "Seasonal Salad with Dipping Vinaigrette" that makes vegetables fun for kids of all ages.
For breakfast or dessert chef McKeown uses Greek Yogurt, Granola, Strawberry Lavendar jam, figs, and honey to whip up his "Atlanta Fresh Greek Yogurt and Pure Bliss Granola Parfait". A simple recipe that any child can make for themselves!
