Since 1987, 120 acres of land are organically cultivated. Our organic farm produces spelt, old kinds of wheat, barley, lenses, millet, alpha alpha. They can be tasted in our traditional farm kitchen along with local recipes and there is a possibility to buy them on site.

We provide vegetarian, glutenfree meals on request.

An extensive 200-acre wood surrounds Torre Colombaia, an ex-hunting farm, today an area of restocking for pheasants, hares, mallards, woodpigeons, to be watched from a bird-watching cabin located on the shore of a small pond.

Each of the four ex-hunting lodges is charmingly decorated with the antique country furniture, typical of the region. Each house is supplied with linen, dinnerware, kitchen, utensils, central heating, hot water.There are also four double rooms at the Casale Cerreto where there is also our organic Restaurant..
