Glutes & Hamstring Workout - ALL you need are a pair of dumbbells! No excuses! You can do it at home, in a gym corner where no one will see you. You can even forget the dumbbells and just do a "body weight" version of this! Go get it babies!

Laying dumbbell leg curls x 12 reps
Glute bridges x 12 reps

SUPERSET | 3 sets
Jumping Squats x 10
Jumping lunges x 10 EACH LEG
