-2 warmup set leg extensions
-3 sets 150lbs leg extensions
-3 warmup sets front squats
-2 sets 90lbs front squats
-2 sets 100lbs front squats
-2 sets 105lbs front squats
-Dropset 90lbs front squats
-3 sets abductor 115lbs
-4 sets standing hamstring curl on leg extension machine 45lbs
-3 sets 35lbs kettlebell stifflegged deadlifts
-4sets 50lbs standing calf raises
-3 sets 30lbs rotary calves machine
