Études" Take on Americana Fashion is Eclectic & Busy
For the assembly of its Spring/Summer 2019 collection, Parisian label Études took stylistic cues from the phenomenon of classic Americana fashion. Designers José Lamali, Jérémie Égry and Aurélien Arbeticonic reworked motifs like "bandana prints, cowboy boots and fringed jackets," ultimately infusing the iconic style-focused elements into a capsule of contemporary clothing.
Études presented its offerings for Spring/Summer 2019 at Paris Fashion Week and the silhouettes were incredibly expressive by way of detail incorporation and color use. From tops that boast flame-inspired graphics to ultra-vibrant color block denim jackets, the silhouettes that comprise the Americana fashion collection are unified by way of their cultural origin. As Études is a label based in Paris, France, it is exceedingly interesting how the overall vibe of North America translates within the fashion landscape of Europe.
