4 supersets - 10 + 10 reps
Skullcrusher and Close-grip Press + Close-grip Preacher Machine
4 supersets - 10 and 10 + 10 reps
Bodyweight Tricep Presses (french press + skullcrusher) + Straight Barbell Curl
4 supersets: 8 and 8 reps + 10 reps
Overhead Rope Tricep Extension + Dumbbell Hammer Curls
4 supersets: 10 reps + 8 individual reps and 10 finishing reps
Reverse ez-bar curl
4 sets: 10-12 reps
