Runners Recovery



This YouTube episode is designed for runners recovery. One of the main benefits is the facilitation of the lymphatic system by elevating the legs. Tons of studies show this improves the effectiveness of filtering the waste/build up in the muscles that is the result of exercise. 🔑Few keys for this stretches🔑

1.make sure your back is completely flat on the ground from the sacrum to the top of your head, some might be against the walls... Others might need to move farther away to achieve this.
2. Notice the contract and relax exaggerated in the video, push against your elbow/hands for 3 seconds then exhale trying to relax deeper into each stretch.
3. Maintain big deep breathes through the nose and out the mouth.
