V Shred | Arm Workout with Dumbbells for Bigger Arms

What"s going on guys! In todays" video I"m gonna take you through a quick arm workout that you"ll only need a pair of dumbbells! This workout consists of 3 supersets [tricep exercise followed by a bicep exercise with no rest].
Perform 3 Sets of 10 for Each Superset, Rest 60 Seconds
- Dumbbell Tricep Press Superset with Seated Hammer Curls
- Dumbbell Skullcrushers Superset with Supinated Curls
- Dumbbell Overhead Extensions Superset with Concentration Curls
