Leg workout:

Warm up: leg extensions: 4 X 25

Squats: 20, 10, 6, 6, 3
SS
Hamstring curls: 5 X 12

Hack squat: 5 X 12-15 reps
SS
calf raises: 5 X 15

Hip thrusters: 4 X 12 reps
