Vegan Breakfast: Nut Butter Toast

-Ezekiel Bread
-Almond Butter
-Fruit (Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas)
-Coconut Flakes

Vegan Lunch: Simple Salad

-Romaine Lettuce
-Cherry Tomatoes
-Chickpeas
-Fruit (Strawberries, Blueberries)
-Salad Dressing (Sea Salt, Lime Juice,Onion/Ginger Powder)

Vegan Dinner Veggie Spaghetti:

-Quinoa Spaghetti noodles
-Organic Tomato Sauce
-Zucchini
-Baby Bella mushrooms
-Cherry Tomatoes
-Seasonings (Sea Salt, Ginger/Onion Powder)
