Legs !! Let them Grow ! - Squats & more !

Leg Day ! YESSS. Everyone dreads it and yet everyone complains about how hard it is to get big legs. Well I am in the same boat. Here is some video clips of my leg day. Also, as promised, listed below is the actual workout without my weights so you can get a idea of rep/set ranges I use.

Squats: 4 work sets, pyramiding down until I hit a 1RM (1 rep max).
Front Squats: Should be doing 4-5 sets of 8-12. First time trying so needs a little work.
RDLS: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Legs Press: (Not in video) 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Hack Calf (Standing calf): 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Seated calf: 3 sets of 30 reps. (30 reps = 10 left, 10 right, 10 both feet) Then a heavy set using both legs.
Leg extension: (Not in video) 4 sets of 32-40 reps. (Same as seated calf, 8-10 with left, right and both)
