FX is Counting Down to American Horror Story: Cult with an Interactive Bot
Over the next few weeks, FX is helping fans of American Horror Story count down to the release of "American Horror Story: Cult" with an interactive TV teaser campaign.
Joseph Paulding, FX’s vice president of social media notes that: "We wanted to take a different approach after least season. We didn’t want to not give people the theme or any information and felt they would be tired of that approach." As such, fans are able to visit the official AHS Cult website and click "Join Us" to be contacted on Facebook Messenger. As the site details, users will be asked to follow instructions to receive access exclusive content from the new season.
A chat with the bot initiates a conversation that begins with: "Did you think you were ready? You"re not. We begin this week."
