HardbodybyAnthony Intense Core & Leg routine! BOSU Stabilizing squats with straight bar!



The routine I have my client Chris doing on this day:
* 10 Reps 225lbs Squats
then immediately following he does a drop set of * 15 Reps 145 squats
again without a break he jumps into this exercise which is a massive core stabilization exercise trying to stay creative! Neone that has tried to use the Bosu knows it"s hard enough without having extremely fatigued legs & with a 45lb straight bar! BUT once he"s done with this he again, WITHOUT a break does:
* I have him doing more Plyometric exercises which incorporates many other muscles & core routines which include Abs. When completed with the full round, he takes a 1 min break & allowed to get water & back to it all over again!
