Who doesn’t want strong and shapely legs, right? These three exercises are great at strengthening and sculpting your legs so they can not only look good, but also be strong enough to get you through anything the day will throw at you!
The three leg exercises demonstrated in this video are:
1) Squats
2) Reverse lunge
3) Side lunge
All three of these leg exercises can be done with or without weights, depending on your fitness level and how challenging you want to make the workout. You can easily do all three of these exercises in a circuit format, where you do each exercise for 10 reps, and complete 1-4 rounds depending on how much time you have.
