Check out this easy to follow ab workout! This is a great ab workout for both men and women from beginners to advance. All you need to do this ab workout is 1 cable station at the gym and maybe a matt to sit on. Make sure you follow the workout correctly to really hit those abs the correct way. FULL WORKOUT BELOW

AB WORKOUT:

SINGLE HAND CABLE CRUNCH
10 EACH HAND - DON"T REST

SEATED CABLE WOODCHOPPERS
15 ON EACH SIDE- DON"T REST

CABLE OBLIQUE CRUNCHES
10 EACH SIDE
REST 60 SECONDS AND START OVER

BEGINNERS: 2-3 CIRCUITS
INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCE: 3-4 CIRCUITS

I TRAIN ABS 2-4 TIMES PER WEEK
