Full LEG and BOOTY Workout at the Gym | Glute Activation | Grow your Butt
This is a fast (under 40 minutes start to finish) full leg workout that really emphasizes your hamstrings and glutes! It is full of the most important basics and can be done by someone just starting weight lifting or someone who has been lifting for years.
If you are just beginning: take it slow! Start with a weighted bar, focus on the movements, and then work on increasing weight. I am not a "professional" so just be sure to be safe and do what you can handle! :)
The two primary movements for growing legs are knee dominant exercises (generally quad and glute focused) and hip dominant exercises (more hamstring and glute focused), This workout will give you both, and will definitely make you sore and burn some cals real quick!
