My Japan Trip - Bio Farmhouse French Cuisine

One of the many highlights of my Japan trip was having a Fine-dine French food at a bio farmhouse restaurant "Bio-s" in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka Prefecture. It was a little unusual because this restaurant is tucked in the middle of country side.
First, we were lead by a Bio farmer Naoki Hiromoto San to visit a few plots of organic vegetable farms and then we came to Bio-s restaurant to have lunch which require advance booking. The feelings and emotions were in AWE. Never had any freshest food near to this meal. Most of the fresh produce were pluck or harvested from their own bio farm. The livestock are bred in organic environment.
